Terms of Service

Last updated: September 08, 2026

These terms govern your use of FreeFlow Plus, provided by Freeflow Plus. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

FreeFlow Plus is a subscription service for monitoring free-flow tolling infrastructure. We may change or improve features over time; we will not materially reduce the service you have paid for during a paid term.

Accounts and access

Your organisation is responsible for the users it creates, for keeping credentials and agent tokens confidential, and for the activity carried out under them. Tell us promptly at sales@freeflowplus.com if you believe an account or token has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to breach its security or tenant isolation, probe or load-test it without our written permission, or resell access without an agreement with us.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where a signed agreement sets a specific service level. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

Your data

The operational data you load into or generate within the service remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not use it for any other purpose. You may export it while your subscription is active.

Fees

Fees, billing period and any service levels are set out in the order or agreement between us. Unless that document says otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are not refundable for a partial period.

Liability

To the extent the law permits, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

Either party may end the subscription at the close of a paid term, or sooner on a material breach the other fails to remedy within thirty days. On termination your access ends and your data is deleted or anonymised as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the courts of Brazil have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
